I'll keep this short and sweet. Three pieces of important information regarding PES2009 has emerged today. Do you want the good news or bad news first?Bad news? ......okay.Firstly, unfortunately it looks like some
clubs will only be partially licensed, and La Liga will only feature a
few top clubs fully licensed,while others may have fake kits and team
names. Good news.......Secondly, there will be a fully licensed Champions League mode
featuring the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester
United! WhoooP!
And finally, great news!........ PES 2009 demo hits the marketplace ... (

Competition is hotting up as the Euro League begins to draw to an enthralling close.Only 4 points seperate the top three teams as they go on the title charge. It's squeeky bum time for Spanish side Valencia and their manager rovert23, who sit top of the league after fourteen league games played. The highs and lows of cup football is what every fan loves or on occassion, loathes!
On the day, a team 90 places below their opponents in the league
standings can go on and shock players, pundits and fans alike. It's the
chance for the smaller clubs and players to live the dream. Play with
the big boys and come away with more than a famous shirt.
And from next season, Back of the Net will be no different. YES,

Microsoft has
confirmed that it plans to release a new Xbox 360
controller with an improved d-pad on 24th October.The pad was found at Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer stand at Leipzig, and Microsoft confirms the pad is "optimised" for the football series."The
new limited-edition green wireless controller offers enhancements to
d-Pad functionality, which will add to the experience of playing games

Ok guys.....welcome to a new kind of competition to hit BoTN.The B Team Cup.Now listen, that doesnt mean we will be playing with reserve teams, as that would just be plain daft! What we will be doing is playing a competition with all teams beginning with the letter B and each player will play with the same team each round.Just look at the cup you could be winning......now thats awesome!For example, first round could be Brazil or Bolton or Barcelona.....but you wont find out until the sign up is complete.There will be one running on FIFA and one running on PES side by side, so click on the ... EA has unveiled Adidas Live Season for FIFA 09, an online service
that alters player attributes each week based on their real-life
performances. Scouts around the world will funnel data from
the Premiership, La Liga (a newly-acquired licence), Ligue 1,
Bundesliga, Serie A and the Mexican Premier Division into PC, Xbox 360
and PS3 versions of the game each week.Live Season will be a
paid-for service, but a free trial restricted to one of the leagues
will be offered and run from activation through to the end of the
season. Otherwise, subscription costs are unknown.
