What is the MiniCup?

The MiniCup is a mini tournament we run every Friday and Sunday night, MCF and MCS for short. All players are welcome especially if your new to the site! We have been running regular MiniCups for over a year now and have recently introduced a second cup that is played every Friday.

What time does it start?

MiniCup's always start at 8.30pm sharp on both Fridays and Sundays.

How do I join a MiniCup?

1. Register a free account and login
2. Goto the tournaments section of the site
3. Scroll down to the MiniCups section and follow the link to the current MiniCup
4. The MiniCup screen will show you how many available spaces there are, if there are any available spaces you will see a link you can press to signup
5. You should now see your name in the MiniCup
6. Wait for it to fill up completely then play your games!

What teams can I play with?

In the tournaments section you will see the MiniCup link which will look like this MCF Chelsea vs Man Utd, this is a MiniCup Friday event with the teams as Chelsea and Manchester United.

The teams are chosen every week by the winner of the MiniCup, and are then voted on by site members before the final teams are chosen.

How do I enter my results once the game is played?

On the site only the home team enters the result, so if you played at home then you should goto the MiniCup page and look for the results screen. If you cannot see the screen then double check the cup has started and is full. If you are still experiencing problems then feel free to contact an admin

MiniCup Rules - Important

When playing in the MiniCup you must adhere to the following rules:

• You must play 1 game per round the home player submits the score
• Match Settings: 10 minute game with Normal Extra time and penalties ON
• Both players MUST use the teams designated for that week’s tournament
• You must return to the site immediately after each game and play all games ASAP
• Anyone not returning to the site in a timely manner to confirm results will receive a yellow card and be banned for two weeks from the competition

Anything else?

Nope. You can play in any MiniCup at any time, whether thats every week or just once everytime you feel like it, there are no obligations. Just obey the rules and have fun!
