Were on the change The last couple of days have been hectic to say the least behind the scenes on Backofthenet.

As you would of already noticed we have taken on 3 new Admins to the team. A huge welcome to RossiH, Superden360 and Kazaa218917. Im sure they will all be a cracking addition and help take BoTN forward.Changes in the Admin structure have also taken place and with a few of our Admins taking on more demanding roles.

Sam635 will now be PES League Co-ordinator. Sam will handle all PES leagues Sign ups and over see the running of the leagues.

RossiH will now be FIFA League Co-Ordinator. Much like Sam's roll. Rossi will be over seeing all FIFA League aspects on the site.

MasterMaharishi will now be Backofthenets Tournament Co-Ordinator. His roll will be to organise all Tournaments inc League Cups on the site.

The new roles each of the guys have will help us focus more on improving the Leagues and Tournaments on the site which are in essence the back bone of the site. This will make a better Botn for its members.

Your league Admins may have changed over the course of this, so if they have not already pm'd you check out your league table where that particular league Admins name will be. They will be your new point of contact for the remainder of the season.

Lastly just wanna say thanks to CBF Samba Stars and Blades71, these guys have put in hours on the site you wouldnt believe. Both are UCL statos and input all the stats you see below the UCL tables. Blades will continue in this role next season with Samba taking over as our resident UCL Bookie.

For more information on any Admin role see our "Site info and help" page

Well said....YG

Now I wish people had to keep their name and not change it so I know who people really are.
YG could be Bunners for all I know! (unlikely)
Keep it up boys,
;)

Special appreciation for someone that won't expect it - mr363. Couple of years ago when we were really struggling he had a massive part in pulling the site through the dark days of tomski resetting the databases! And now minge has taken things to the next level. The two of you should team up for real business, the effort you put in alone would guarentee you success.

A different note of the site creator, the one and only maf, and the site improver, Mr Tom Kay! Between the two of you, you managed to get this place up and running in a very short space of time and also have the determination not to let it fade away. Time now to take things onto the next level.

And finally, to all the admins from the past - bailey, boobs, riddle, rug, mason and masked R, and all the admins from the near past and present - blades, samba, sam, MM and anyone ive missed out, very very good job! Massive contribution from these guys otherwise there wouldn't be any site at all. The dark days are long gone and the future looks good!

Good luck to all the new admins and good luck to all the members because as the majority, it is these guys who ensure this place is worthwhile. :D

Good luck lads in ur new positions, it's because of members like you that makes BotN so successful.
On behalf of us members, special thanks to Minge, you do a sterling job mate, big thanks also to Minge's missus for putting up with him!!
A good business is one that is constantly looking to change for the better, Minge applies this rule to BotN, well done for that.
If any of the admins need any advice, you know where I am (pmsl).
