European Championships 2008 - The Knockouts! The group stages were a battle.

Some of the groups went down to the wire.

Some positions were decided on goal difference.

None of that matters now, those who are through are only 3 games away from glory and those who didnt are on the plane home.

The first side of the groups draw saw Emotional Worm and his Czech team really make a case for the trophy, coming through his group with 5 wins and a draw. Scoring 16 goals and conceding only 2, can he be stopped?? Finalist in the BoTN World Cup this year, is he to march on to this final too?

The second side of the draw saw 2 players really stand out. The Dutch, controlled by Fizzyowl come into the knockouts with an impressive 5 wins and a draw from the opening 6 games. Even more impressive were The Young Guvs Spanish side, taking a maximum 18 points from the 3 games, scoring a very impressive 25 goals.

The group stages have gone now though, this is where the tournament really gets interesting!

Head across to our tournaments section to theck out the draw!

Who will be crowned European Champions? Only the players can answer that one!
