The members request the Euros, the members get the Euros!
That’s right, since we
can’t take England to the Euros this summer; we will bring the Euros to
BOTN!
BOTN’s Euro 2008
Championship will be going ahead and will kick off in conjunction with its real
life counterpart (Saturday 7th June). The tournament will consist of
two duplicate tournaments (16 teams a piece) so will house up to 32 members.
With tournament spaces at a premium, entry into the competition will not be carried
out in the usual ‘first come first served’ basis. Instead, the places will go
to the 32 most deserving BOTN members. Therefore the most active BOTN members
who are up to date with their league and cup games are the members who will be
allocated a place in the competition.
More details will follow in the sign up thread in the forums. Keep your eyes peeled for it over the next few days.
